Which package should I choose?
1 HOUR - This session is the full experience. It's relaxed and allows time to be in the moment and connect with your loved ones. Time to explore, have outfit changes and truely document your time together. Great for kids that take longer to warm up to new people and locations. Go with the flow and no pressure for time.
30 MINUTES - A shorter version of the 1 hour session. We still do all the same things - just in less time and a little more fast paced. Great for younger kids and smaller families.
15 MINUTES - A short and sweet session perfect for a quick update. The session is fast paced and fun.
Where will the photoshoot be held?
I have a long list of beautiful locations to chose from as well as offering in home or studio sessions. Some of these locations are seasonal. I am also open to location suggestions. I am located NOR Perth and travel fees will apply if I am travelling more then 30kms to a location.
What happens after I've booked a session?
Once you've made contact, I will email you a short online questionnaire to help me get to know you better. After we've booked in a date, we will chat about locations, outfits etc. I send you an invoice where a $50 deposit is due to secure your date and the remainder is due 48 hours before your session.
What if we need to reshedule?
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather or sickness. I do have a young family myself and am regularly working around newborns. I would appreciate if you let me know if you or a member of your family are unwell. I'm happy to reschedule our session to another time that works for both of us. If the weather isn't looking great on the day, we can definately reschedule your session.

What time will my session be?
Most outdoor sessions will take place at golden hour which is 30/60 minutes before sunset. This is when the lighting is best for your session. However, I can work with earlier times on request at certain locations. Depending on the time of year, it may be a bit harder with your little ones dinner or bed time, but trust me when I say that it will be worth it once you get your images. In home or studio sessions can be flexible and be done when there is the most light in your home.
When should I book my Newborn session?
Newborn sessions are best done from 7-14 days old but can also be done anywhere up to 6 weeks old. I will provide blankets, props and some outfits. If there is anything you would like to use, please send me photos and I'd love to incorporate this into the session.
I feel awkward in front of the camera, can you help me?
The answer is YES! I feel exactly the same. It's perfectly natural to feel this way but after 10 minutes you'll feel much more at ease. I don't expect anyone to know what to do during a shoot so I guide you the whole way. There will be times that I will give you prompts and direction to get the most flattering poses and images from your session. Let's have fun and be reset with you family. It's not about being perfect. Just be yourself and I'll do the rest!
When should I book my Maternity session?
Maternity sessions are best done between 32-35 weeks. They can be solo or with partner and kids.

I'm worried about my kids and a sunset start time?
It's totally normal to worry about your kids during a photoshoot. These little people are so unpredictable but I will do my best to make it a fun experience for them. Please try not to stress because kids will be kids and if all else fails, you will look back on these images and remember how cute and wild they were in this season.
Try and have a chill day before your session so your kids aren't too burnt out at the end of the day. Make sure they have full bellies before the shoot. Bring some snacks (preferably something that won't mess up their outfits). Bring their favourite toys or have their favourite music on cue. The questionaire also helps me get to know them better and I can use this to help during the session.
How do I receive my photos and how long does it take?
Your selection gallery will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks after your session and your final gallery will be delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year. I will be able to let you know after your session on the estimated turn around time.
After you select your favourite images from a selection gallery, I will finalise them and send you a link to a gallery where you can download all your images. Theses will be high resolution downloads. Please try to avoid printing at big chain stores as the quality and colours are not true to the original image.
What should I wear?
I love earthy tones! White, beige, cream, tan, brown, denim and muted tones work well and are timeless. The session is yours and if you want to wear something more fun and colourful then this is great too! Please try avoid large logos on outfits. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Be yourself!
I am here to chat if you need extra help or advice with your outfits. I also have a small client wardrobe. Please send me photos if you need to! Instagram and Pinterest are great places to find outfit inspiration.
What should we bring?
If you need to bring toys, make sure they are things you don't mind seeing in photos. Think wooden toys or cane trolleys.
Snacks that wont get clothes dirty. Water and anything you need for small children. You can bring a second outfit if you'd like a wardrobe change during your session (for 'THE BIG ONE' only). You can bring anything along that is meaningful to your family, for example your dog (location permitting), guitar or surfboards.

Will you share our images on Social Media?
Yes, I will share my work on my business Social Media but feel free to let me know if you would prefer to keep these private.
Do you have a studio?
Yes. I have a dual purpose space in my home with natural light that I use to set up a studio when needed.
Do you give us the RAW unedited files?
No, the RAW files are unedited images and are not a true representation of my final product and brand. I put a lot of time and effort into editing your images in my style and that is part of the service you are paying for.
Can I include all my family members?
Packages are for immediate family members only. Please contact me if you would like to include more people in your session.
